Outlook – Calendar Printing Assistant not working in Outlook 2016 by Chris Menard
Around September 12, 2016, I received several comments on YouTube stating the 2007 calendar printing assistant (cpa) was not working with Outlook 2016. I opened up the CPA and received an error message. So now it is not working for me either. I have a 6 year old computer with Windows 10, Outlook 2016, and the 2007 CPA.
Here is what I did to fix it the problem today. In Outlook 2016, I had to turn CPA off from “Add-in” and then go back to Add-in and make sure it was an Active Application Add-in. Do this while CPA is not running.
The CPA allows you to print multiple calendars at one time.
Here is a video showing how to use the calendar printing assistant for Outlook 2007 with Outlook 2016.
Note: Microsoft made the Calendar Printing Assistant 2007 to work with Outlook 2007. You have to tweak your registry to get it to work with Outlook 2016. If you don’t know how to tweak your registry, don’t attempt.
