Small Business Online Tools presented at e200 SBA Nai Wang
This presentation was given on the final day of the e200 class at the SBA offices.
I use a wealth of online tools to help me operate my business efficiently, researching the most ideal ones to help my business grow and look like a larger company. As a small business, I need every tool I can to compete with the big dogs.
Here I present free to inexpensive tools to help manage projects and increase sales.
Trello – Free project/task management.
Phone.com – Inexpensive way to set up a virtual PBX. Better than all others.
KP Compass – Free online training and mastery system.
Sales Force – Inexpensive online CRM. Most important since most of the businesses in the class didn’t use any type of CRM.
Overnight Prints – Cheap business cards of awesome quality.
Google Drive – Online cloud based documents for collaboration and it’s FREE! Formerly known as Google Docs.
NOTE: I don’t have any stake in any of these products except KP Compass.
